Though this Bluetooth headset is sweatproof and weatherproof, it is not waterproof. That is, wear it while you work out and get lots of sweat on it. Even get rain on it when you're running outside. Wipe it down with a damp cloth ocassionally if it gets too grimy. No problem. But submerging it in water will permanently damage it.
